10:00AM: Nonprofit Booth setup
11:00AM: DC Volunteer Expo opens
11:15AM: CRBC Kids Easter Egg Hunt
2:00PM: DC Volunteer Expo closes
3:00PM: Cleanup and Breakdown complete; Doors close

Booth Equipment:
We will provide a 10×10 floor space for you and you are responsible to bring all of your own equipment. We recommend a 10×10 canopy tent, table, chairs, plenty of signage, free giveaways, and of course BIG SMILES.

Set-up Time:
10AM – 11AM

Unloading:
Please drive to the rear(north) side of the building to unload your booth equipment, proceed to parking, and then return to setup your booth area.

Cleanup and Breakdown:
Expo ends at 2PM and you have until 3PM to breakdown, cleanup, and close the doors. Please stage your equipment for pickup at the same location you dropped it off (north-rear doors). Proceed to drive your vehicle to the pickup location.

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the Douglas County Volunteer Expo I, for myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release, Douglas County Event Center, RUN to Change Lives, Douglas County, City of Castle Rock, and any other contributing sponsors and supporters of this expo and their respective officers, members, agents, volunteers and employees from all claims arising or growing out of my participation in the Douglas County Volunteer Expo. I fully acknowledge and understand all risks involved, including but not limited to, the risks to dangerous outdoor weather and acts of nature, those risks associated with large spectator events, and the risks associated with automobiles. I give permission for current and future use of my name and picture in any broadcast, social media, website, or print media account of the event as well as permission for communications to myself from the event and its sponsors, supports and vendors via electronic or print means.
